Con gran \u00e9xito culmin\u00f3 el 5\u00ba Festival Gastron\u00f3mico del Caribe Mexicano en Cozumel, que se celebr\u00f3 el pasado fin de semana y que reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 3 mil 800 visitantes locales e internacionales, con ello se contin\u00faa consolidando como uno de los principales referentes gastron\u00f3micos de Quintana Roo, destacando la riqueza cultural y culinaria del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEste festival ha demostrado la enorme creatividad y talento que existe en nuestra regi\u00f3n, no solo en la cocina, sino tambi\u00e9n en las manos de m\u00e1s de 55 artesanos que presentaron sus productos y manualidades, adem\u00e1s de m\u00e1s de 15 experiencias dedicadas a postres y bebidas. Este evento se ha convertido en una gran vitrina de la diversidad y sabor de Quintana Roo\u201d, mencion\u00f3 el secretario de Turismo en el estado, Bernardo Cueto Riestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El evento, que tuvo lugar en el pintoresco parque central de Cozumel, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 27 expositores gastron\u00f3micos, quienes ofrecieron m\u00e1s de 50 experiencias culinarias \u00fanicas, reflejando la diversidad y sabor de los 12 destinos de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este a\u00f1o, el ingrediente invitado fue el coco, que, desde la gastronom\u00eda salada hasta los postres y bebidas, se convirti\u00f3 en el protagonista del evento, sorprendiendo a los asistentes con su versatilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El festival cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la cocinera tradicional Magali Pech, acreedora del premio del Primer Reto del Taco en FITUR, as\u00ed como la presencia de chefs reconocidos por la Gu\u00eda Michelin y por la Gu\u00eda M\u00e9xico Gastron\u00f3mico: Los 250 restaurantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Quintana Roo, la capital mundial de las vacaciones, la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa contin\u00faa priorizando el segmento gastron\u00f3mico como un eje estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este festival no solo promueve el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y tur\u00edstico, sino que tambi\u00e9n refuerza la identidad cultural de Quintana Roo, impulsando la promoci\u00f3n de los productos locales y la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas experiencias para los turistas y residentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera en Cozumel durante el fin de semana del festival alcanz\u00f3 un 90.3 por ciento, reflejando el impacto positivo del evento en la econom\u00eda local y su creciente relevancia en el calendario tur\u00edstico del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El titular de la Secretar\u00eda Estatal de Turismo (SEDETUR) Bernardo Cueto agradeci\u00f3 a los expositores, productores, artesanos y al p\u00fablico asistente por hacer posible este festival y por contribuir al fortalecimiento de la gastronom\u00eda y la cultura de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
