No podemos permitir que la negligencia ponga en riesgo a las familias. Hoy estamos dando un paso importante para proteger tanto a las personas como a los propios animales\u201d, expres\u00f3 Ren\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez Tajonar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador explic\u00f3 que la reforma tambi\u00e9n contempla sanciones para quienes utilicen a un animal con la intenci\u00f3n de agredir a otras personas o a otros animales, as\u00ed como para quienes, por descuido, provoquen da\u00f1os o la muerte de otro animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que las penas se agravan en casos donde las v\u00edctimas sean ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, personas adultas mayores o mujeres embarazadas, o cuando existan antecedentes de comportamiento agresivo del animal sin que el due\u00f1o haya actuado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ren\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez Tajonar subray\u00f3 que estas acciones forman parte de la agenda del Partido Verde para promover el bienestar animal, la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos y una convivencia m\u00e1s responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCuidar a los animales tambi\u00e9n es cuidar a nuestra comunidad. Estas reformas no solo sancionan, tambi\u00e9n buscan generar conciencia y fomentar una cultura de respeto y responsabilidad\u201d, concluy\u00f3 Ren\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez
