El pasado 14 de marzo de 2025, una trabajadora del Hotel El Conquistador, en M\u00e9rida, fue v\u00edctima de abuso sexual por parte de su jefe inmediato, identificado como Jos\u00e9 Eduardo N., quien se desempe\u00f1aba en un cargo administrativo dentro de la empresa. La v\u00edctima, Mar\u00eda N., ingres\u00f3 a laborar en octubre de 2024 como asistente de direcci\u00f3n, y desde el inicio de su contrataci\u00f3n fue objeto de acoso constante, invitaciones indebidas y represalias por parte del agresor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El d\u00eda de los hechos, el se\u00f1alado lleg\u00f3 a su centro de trabajo bajo los efectos del alcohol, llam\u00f3 a su empleada y perpetr\u00f3 la agresi\u00f3n f\u00edsica y sexual. Posteriormente, la v\u00edctima acudi\u00f3 el 21 de marzo a presentar su denuncia formal ante la Fiscal\u00eda, donde se le practicaron estudios m\u00e9dicos que confirmaron lesiones compatibles con la agresi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, pese a las evidencias, la investigaci\u00f3n no ha avanzado y no existe fecha para audiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe se\u00f1alar que el hotel se ha negado a entregar las grabaciones de las c\u00e1maras de seguridad solicitadas por la autoridad, y adem\u00e1s ha estado eliminando comentarios y publicaciones en redes sociales que denuncian el caso, lo que evidencia un intento de encubrimiento. La v\u00edctima asegura que no es la \u00fanica mujer que ha sufrido acoso y agresiones por parte del mismo individuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este caso refleja una grave omisi\u00f3n de responsabilidades tanto por parte del hotel como de las autoridades, quienes deben garantizar justicia, protecci\u00f3n a las v\u00edctimas y sanci\u00f3n a los responsables. La impunidad y el silencio institucional solo perpet\u00faan la violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n act\u00fae de manera inmediata y transparente en la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el Hotel El Conquistador entregue las pruebas requeridas y deje de obstaculizar el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que se garantice justicia para Mar\u00eda N. y para todas las mujeres que han sido v\u00edctimas de acoso y abuso en este centro de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La sociedad no puede permanecer indiferente ante un acto tan grave. La dignidad y seguridad de las trabajadoras debe ser prioridad, y la justicia no puede seguir posterg\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
