El Sistema DIF Benito Ju\u00e1rez, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de la Familia y la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Personas Adultas Mayores, llevar\u00e1 a cabo el curso \u201cCuidando a quien cuida\u201d, como parte del Programa de Acompa\u00f1amiento Emocional, dirigido a cuidadoras y cuidadores de personas adultas mayores, del 6 de mayo al 25 de julio, en las instalaciones ubicadas en la Supermanzana 94.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bajo los lineamientos de la Presidenta Municipal, Ana Paty Peralta, de fortalecer acciones en favor de la salud mental de la ciudadan\u00eda, la directora general del Sistema DIF Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Marisol Sendo Rodr\u00edguez, destac\u00f3 que este curso tiene como objetivo fortalecer el bienestar emocional de quienes brindan cuidados, ayud\u00e1ndoles a manejar la sobrecarga, reconectar consigo mismos y mejorar la manera en que viven este proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, la coordinadora de Personas Adultas Mayores, Karla Valeria de la Torre Cazar\u00edn, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que cuidar a una persona adulta mayor implica amor y compromiso, pero tambi\u00e9n desgaste f\u00edsico y emocional, por lo que este espacio est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para acompa\u00f1ar, escuchar y brindar herramientas que favorezcan el bienestar integral de las y los cuidadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Explic\u00f3 que el curso tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 12 semanas y se impartir\u00e1 en tres grupos: el primero, del 6 de mayo al 22 de julio; el segundo, del 8 de mayo al 24 de julio; y el tercero, del 9 de mayo al 25 de julio.
Detall\u00f3 que estar\u00e1 conformado por 12 sesiones que combinar\u00e1n cinco encuentros estructurados, basados en el modelo cognitivo-conductual, y siete sesiones de acompa\u00f1amiento emocional, enfocadas en el desahogo, la validaci\u00f3n emocional, la cohesi\u00f3n grupal y la resignificaci\u00f3n de la experiencia de cuidar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, dijo que la atenci\u00f3n se brindar\u00e1 mediante espacios de acompa\u00f1amiento emocional, din\u00e1micas grupales, ejercicios de reflexi\u00f3n y autoconocimiento, as\u00ed como herramientas pr\u00e1cticas aplicables a la vida diaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los temas que se abordar\u00e1n son: \u00bfC\u00f3mo me encuentro? y \u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo conseguir con este programa? con la finalidad de conocer el objetivo y la mec\u00e1nica del programa, valorar el estado emocional actual del cuidador e introducir estrategias b\u00e1sicas de control de la tensi\u00f3n.
As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n indic\u00f3 que se impartir\u00e1n las pl\u00e1ticas: \u00a8\u201dMi historia como cuidador o cuidadora\u201d y \u201cCulpa, enojo y ambivalencia emocional\u201d, orientadas a facilitar el desahogo emocional, favorecer la identificaci\u00f3n entre los miembros del grupo, reducir la sensaci\u00f3n de aislamiento y la culpa asociada al cuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por \u00faltimo, coment\u00f3 que otras sesiones que se desarrollar\u00e1n son: \u201cFuentes de tensi\u00f3n y frustraci\u00f3n del cuidador\u201d, \u201cP\u00e9rdidas personales e identidad\u201d, \u201cLo que pasa, lo que pensamos, lo que sentimos\u201d, \u201cConflictos familiares y soledad\u201d, \u201cCansancio, desesperanza y miedo al futuro\u201d, \u201cReconocimiento del esfuerzo y validaci\u00f3n personal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
