Con el objetivo de proporcionar herramientas te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas, as\u00ed como el promover la capacitaci\u00f3n integral en autocuidado, manejo emocional y estrategias de apoyo para quienes cuidan a otros, la Presidenta Municipal, Ana Paty Peralta, dio inici\u00f3 a los talleres \u201cIntroducci\u00f3n al cuidado y autocuidado\u201d, pertenecientes al Programa de Cuidado y Apoyo para Cuidadores Primarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde su llegada al Centro de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n e Inclusi\u00f3n Infantil (CRIT) Telet\u00f3n, la Primera Autoridad Municipal salud\u00f3 y felicit\u00f3 a las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os que festejaban el D\u00eda del Ni\u00f1o; asimismo, reconoci\u00f3 la labor de 40 cuidadores primarios que participaron en estas pl\u00e1ticas, para aprender sobre las funciones de cuidado y autocuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMe da mucho gusto poder acompa\u00f1arlos en este inicio de taller muy importante para poder visibilizar lo que es ser cuidador, se dice f\u00e1cil, pero no es cualquier cosa. Vamos a llevar a cabo estos cursos y talleres, son seis sesiones, para que tengan m\u00e1s herramientas y toda la informaci\u00f3n la vamos a llevar nosotros como gobierno municipal, porque una de nuestras prioridades es crear el Sistema de Cuidados para reconocer a las personas cuidadoras\u201d, destac\u00f3 la Alcaldesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, asegur\u00f3 que se va a realizar una red con el equipo del programa Ellas Facturan, para que las mujeres puedan tener un espacio de emprendimiento, por lo que est\u00e1n trabajando en la Beca de Cuidadores, el cual es un apoyo muy importante para las personas que m\u00e1s lo necesitan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cValoramos todo lo que hacen, los admiramos, los reconocemos y vamos a seguir siendo su equipo, siendo sus aliados, siendo el aliado de las mujeres que cuidan y de los hombres que cuidan\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el director general del CRIT Quintana Roo, Paolo Sergio Montero J\u00e1quez, agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo que siempre han tenido por parte de la Presidenta Municipal y seguir de la mano porque esa es la \u00fanica manera de hacer grandes cosas y transformar este pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe destacar que este programa contempla un taller estructurado en seis sesiones, generando aprendizaje progresivo y sostenido; adherencia y continuidad del acompa\u00f1amiento as\u00ed como evaluar los cambios en el bienestar emocional mediante seguimiento; en cada sesi\u00f3n se hablar\u00e1 de temas claves para el fortalecimiento del rol del cuidador<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este arranque estuvieron presentes: la secretaria municipal de Bienestar, Berenice Sosa Osorio; el director general de Salud, H\u00e9ctor Gonz\u00e1lez Rodr\u00edguez y la coordinadora de Salud Mental en el Municipio de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Guadalupe Bravo Ruiz, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
