Para la construcci\u00f3n de las importantes obras viales y de conectividad como lo son el puente Nichupt\u00e9 y la prolongaci\u00f3n de la avenida Huayac\u00e1n que dar\u00e1n bienestar y prosperidad compartida a las personas, la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa gestion\u00f3 y obtuvo del gobierno federal los terrenos necesarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trav\u00e9s de la Agencia de Proyectos Estrat\u00e9gicos del Estado (AGEPRO), se concretaron estas gestiones que permitir\u00e1n mejorar la movilidad urbana, facilitando el desplazamiento de residentes y turistas en la ciudad de Canc\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y Desarrollo de Quintana Roo que preside la gobernadora Mara Lezama, y en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno Federal, la AGEPRO contribuye a la misi\u00f3n de construir una infraestructura que asegure un crecimiento sostenible en la Nueva Era de la Transformaci\u00f3n de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Prolongaci\u00f3n de la avenida Huayac\u00e1n, facilitar\u00e1 el tr\u00e1nsito hacia la Riviera Maya y conectar\u00e1 a los usuarios con el Tren Maya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl Puente Vehicular Nichupt\u00e9, ser\u00e1 fundamental para mejorar la conectividad con la zona hotelera de Canc\u00fan ; es una obra amigable con el medio ambiente porque contempla la protecci\u00f3n de los manglares\u201d , expres\u00f3 la gobernadora Mara Lezama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el director general de la AGEPRO, Jos\u00e9 Alberto Alonso Ovando, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este esfuerzo asegura un desarrollo equilibrado entre movilidad y conservaci\u00f3n ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los proyectos refuerzan la infraestructura vial y promueven la movilidad sustentable, con caracter\u00edsticas como carriles reversibles y ciclov\u00edas. Estas iniciativas apoyan un desarrollo urbano ordenado y equitativo, beneficiando a las comunidades locales y mejorando la experiencia tur\u00edstica en la regi\u00f3n, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
