la instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial de Bacalar, el sector p\u00fablico, privado y social se unen por una movilidad digna en Bacalar, destac\u00f3 el presidente municipal Jos\u00e9 Alfredo \u00abChepe\u00bb Contreras, quien dijo que estos trabajos siguen las bases del Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y Desarrollo de Quintana Roo que impulsa la gobernadora Mara Lezama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director del Instituto de Movilidad, Luis Rodrigo Alc\u00e1nzar Urrutia, qued\u00f3 como presidente del Comite T\u00e9cnico de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial en Bacalar, destacando que ya suman ocho municipios en instalar estos Comit\u00e9s, cuyo objetivo es trabajar en unidad con todos los sectores, identificando problem\u00e1ticas y dando soluci\u00f3n para fortalecer la movilidad y seguridad vial en el Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nombre de la gobernadora Mara Lezama, el titular del IMOVEQROO agradeci\u00f3 a todas las autoridades estatales, municipales y de los sectores empresarial, acad\u00e9micas, transportistas y de la sociedad civil organizada que convergen en este Comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que, hoy, Bacalar da un paso firme hacia un futuro m\u00e1s seguro, inclusivo y sostenible, con la instalaci\u00f3n de este Comit\u00e9 que se convierte en un referente para toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, \u00abChepe\u00bb Contreras sostuvo que Bacalar se pone a la vanguardia reuniendo al sector p\u00fablico, privado y social, quienes ahora se unen por una movilidad m\u00e1s justa, saludable, segura y sostenible para todas y todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abBacalar siempre se sumar\u00e1 a todos los proyectos que sean en pro de la ciudadan\u00eda, como aquellos que dignifican la movilidad. Es un tema que ya se ha trabajado y que hoy recibe el respaldo de los diferentes actores involucrados, y por supuesto de nuestra gobernadora Mara Lezama, con quien seguimos trabajando de la mano por el desarrollo y bienestar de Bacalar\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 el amigo \u00abChepe\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 se estructura con 4 ejes fundamentales, que son el Nuevo Acuerdo que impulsa la gobernadora, la gobernanza, la inclusi\u00f3n y el desarrollo sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estuvieron presentes el coordinador de la Agenda de Movilidad para el Banco Mundial de Am\u00e9rica del Caribe, Abel Romero; as\u00ed como las autoridades titulares y representantes de las diferentes instituciones que conforman el Comit\u00e9, como Sefiplan, Sedetus, Sema, Seop, Agepro, Sesa, Sedetur, Apiqroo, Servicios P\u00fablicos municipales, Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito; Obra P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Urbano, Ecolog\u00eda y Medio Ambiente de Bacalar; Subsecretar\u00eda T\u00e9cnica Estatal, Catastro municipal, Coordinaci\u00f3n de Transporte del municipio, Sindicato de Taxistas de Bacalar, UPB, Uni\u00f3n Nacional de Transportistas del Cambio, Consejo de Planeaci\u00f3n municipal, Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles zona sur, Colegio de Urbanistas, Uaqroo, Codeq y Regi\u00f3n Caribe ADO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta primera sesi\u00f3n de instalaci\u00f3n, se aprobaron los lineamientos y
